I wonder what God thinks - And if he might find it odd!!
That one of his children - Would cheat another child of his
And use his name in the process - Yes Kelli, this is a quiz
Don't be so surprised - I've been patient and polite

Here is Kelli's rhyme used as an invitation for a baby shower.
Hello everybody - I'm almost ready to come
I'm a boy, my name is Kaleb - I'm right here in my Mommy's tum-tum
I know you all are anxious - To meet me, and soon I'll show
But God isn't quite finished - When I'm perfect, you'll be the first to know!!
But before this all happens - There's something I want you to do
It's a party for Mommy and Daddy - And here are some clues for you
My bedroom is done in khaki - Mixed with a cream, off white
And my Mommy is registered at Target - Now isn't that out of sight!!
It will start at 2PM - On Saturday, July 23rd
It's at the Lafayette Country Club - In case you haven't heard
For questions you can call - Aunt Laurie or my BeBe
I know you'll have fun - You just come and see!!

Hello! I contacted you a few weeks ago about writing a poem for me.
I've been trying to write it myself but I just can't seem to do it!
So, can you help me? I hope so. I'm not really sure what all you need from me to
get started but I'll tell you what I'm wanting and if you need any more
information just let me know. It's going to go on the front of a baby shower invitation
and if possible, I need it as quickly as possible so that the invitations can be made.
-I want the poem to be special and sentimenal but not too mushy.
-One of my best friends and almost a big sister to me is having her first child.
-She and her husband have been trying for a long time to have a baby and now finally
expecting so it's VERY exciting.
-The baby is going to be a little boy and his name is going to be Kaleb Lance.
-I'd like for the poem to be from Kaleb's point-of-view, kind of like he's the one talking.
- I'd like for it to start off with telling that it's a boy and what his name is.
-Then maybe something like he knows everyone's been waiting a VERY long time for him
and can't wait to see him and that he's just about ready but God's still working
on him so he will be just perfect.
-Then something like before we meet him he wants us to come to a party for his mommy and daddy.
-Then maybe a cute way of giving the guests some sort of idea for gifts:
-His bedroom is done in khaki (a light shade of brown) and cream (off-white).
-I'd like for it to say something like, "My mommy's MOST favorite store is
Target and she's made a list and picked out somethings for me.
-Then maybe something saying something like any gift is fine or something where it
doesn't sound like it's saying to by something for his bedroom or something from Target or else.
You know what I mean.
-I don't know if this is possible or not but if you can it would be cute to give the
date of shower, time, location, and RSVP.
-It's going to be on Saturday, July 23 and it will start at 2 p.m.
-It's going to be at the Lafayette Country Club.
-"Please call my BeBe or my Aunt Laurie if you have any questions".
It doesn't have to be exact, that's just pretty much what I had in mind. The date, time, location,
and RSVP is'nt a have to, only if you can fit it in. I'd also like for it to end with "Love, Kaleb".
Like I said, let me know if you need anything else. Thank you SO much! I can't wait!

Hi! Yes, I do...the only thing is I didn't know about paying with a credit card,
I usually pay with a cash money order. I'm waiting on a phone call from my husband who is over seas
so I can ask him about paying by credit card. He should be calling and as soon as I talk to him,
